As she stood at the shore listening to the roar of the sea, drowning the turmoil in her mind, she heard her friend approach.
“I’m sorry I kissed you.” he said quietly.
“Is it true that you are in love with me?”
“Yes”, he replied quietly, but firmly.
” Why?”
“I don’t know”
She sobbed.
