For the busy beautiful women and the “lazy” beautiful women out there, let’s do these…. I have been hovering between the lazy and busy. Busy doing other things but too lazy to take out proper time for work outs.

I began searching for exercises you can do on your sleeping platform after you awake and this is one of the gems I found.

Exercises relaxes and strengthens you for the day. It calms the mind.
