But it must be swallowed, if one doesn’t want to life a lie.
Playing ostrich and living in self-imposed deception doesn’t do any good. It only makes matters worse.
Whatever we think we gain from avoiding the truth, will soon evaporate like a fog.
It’s not easy to swallow the bitter pill of truth. I’m supposed to take twice daily a 🌿 herbal medicine. The problem is, it’s so bitter, I can only swallow it once every other day. https://tenor.com/We24.gif
